Largish street-corner local, which
as recently been refurbished an seems to have a new lease of life. Consisting of a separate bar and
basic non-smoking lounge, it is not as well-used as it was, but is still
popular with locals. The new landlord keeps a good pint and it is well worth a visit. Excellently placed stop-off for travellers leaving the Northgate station. |
