 The Full Moon has recently been saved from being sold to a pub chain and is now being run by William and Rebecca White, who used to run the Wagon and Horses at Halam. Will is committed to beer quality, and there are now 5 hand pumps of which two or three will be from local breweries.. Rebecca is head chef and having updated the kitchen has now introduced a new menu using local and seasonal produce. Over the coming months they will put their own mark on the pub by making a few changes to the inside. |
