 This busy popular local was awarded Newark CAMRA Pub of the Year in 2007.
It is a free house featuring a central bar which serves the long, beamed ceiling public bar and the restaurant bar.

There is a choice of four beers, usually from local micro’s, that change every few days. A mild, usually Tetley’s, is often available. Restaurant food and accommodation are also available.
