		<title>Independent&#8217;s Day festival returns.</title>
		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Southwell &#8216;Idependent&#8217;s Day&#8217; beer festival returns this year and is being held on the weekend of 1st-3rd July along the &#8216;Sunset Strip&#8217; by the three pubs; the Bramley Apple, Hearty Goodfellow and Old Coach House.</p> <p>Providing over 50 Real Ales between them, plus real cider, good food and various entertainment over the weekend.</p>]]></description>
